Auger adopts high chromium raw materials,the auger front part can produce 20 million bricks,the auger back part can produce 40 million bricks one time.
High load capacity to admit any pressure from soft to stiff extrusion condition.
Reducers with parallel shafts,case hardened and ground helical gears to ensure secure,progressive transmission and quiet operation and long durability.
Different types of augers are available to adapt for varying clay requirements and shaping conditions:

1. Vacuum brick extruder can produce a variety of brick ?
The same type of vacuum brick extruder does not necessarily produce a variety of brick,that depends on the brick machine type and the size of the brick
2. What’s the difference between Vacuum extruder and non-vacuum extruder?
>>Vacuum brick extruder can make three kinds of brick:solid brick, porous brick and hollow bricks. To produce different kinds of bricks by changing the different brick die.
>>Another type is the common clay brick machine, non vacuum brick extruder, can only produce solid bricks.
Vacuum brick is extruded out of the vacuum extruder. And non-vacuum extruder has no extraction equipment, so the brick hardness is lower than vacuum brick.
>>The vacuum brick machine is first extracted with air and water and then fired, the production time and firing time is shorter, rapid prototyping.Greatly reducing the production cycle time.
3. What types of brick machine can you produce production company?

4. How to operate clay brick extruder correctly?
①Release the clutch before turning on the switch. Start the motor, then slip the clutch in when motor reaches normal speed. Feeding speed is supposed to get the vacuum chamber running smoothly, not blocked. And it is strictly prohibited to start with load.
②For clay brick extruder in normal production, start vacuum pump firstly, and then start clay brick extruder when the reading of the vacuum gauge reaches required level.
③Release the clutch, then turn off the motor before stopping the machine. For stopping vacuum brick extruder, close upper stage --mixer part firstly, then lower stage--extrusion part. If the machine needs to be temporarily stopped, it is only necessary to release the clutch device, no need to turn off the motor. Stop adding and squeeze out the mud before stopping extruder. Turn off the vacuum pump when vacuum extruder stops.
④Warm reminder：during operation, you must concentrate on the operation of the machine mouth, pay attention to the mud quality, and take appropriate measures in time.
⑤For vacuum extruder, pay attention to mud condition in vacuum chamber. If there is mud accumulation, you can adjust it by suspending the upper mixer to prevent blockage. Be careful with the degree of vacuum gauge and find out the causes in time if the vacuum does not meet the requirements.
